“On-delivery” repair service

If you own an electric scooter and need to have it repaired but you are not from Rome, you can take advantage of our service made available through express couriers.

How does it work?

  1. Call us and explain the problem
    At this stage, we get to know each other and understand what you need.
  2. We will provide you with instructions and methods of intervention.
    Our staff will show you how we will handle your request for assistance for the device in question.
  3. Ship the scooter to our facility.
    Once the intervention methods have been agreed, prepare to ship your scooter.
    We recommend that you pack the item well and take some photos of both the packaging and the scooter.
    Insert a piece of paper in the package with the defect found, your name and your email address written on it.
    If you don't know who to contact for shipping, report it to our operator and we will take care of it for you.
  4. We will notify you when we receive the package.
    Upon receiving the scooter, one of our staff will open a support ticket with your contact details to help you keep track of the repair where you will receive updates on the support request.
  5. Give us a few hours to diagnose.
    In approximately 2 days from receiving the package we will inform you of the outcome of the diagnosis and if you accept the repair estimate, we will also inform you of the costs and timing.
  6. Repair in progress!
    Leave us the material time to carry out the repair.
  7. Ready for return.
    Once the repair has been carried out, we will send you a summary of what has been carried out, including the total amount to be paid.
    Once payment has been received, which can be via PayPal or bank transfer, we will, at our expense, ship the scooter to the address you communicated during acceptance.
