Acceptance and assistance methods

Upon your arrival, a device receptionist will welcome you, asking you for information on the defect found, informing you about the assistance and intervention methods to which your device will be subjected.

Usually, we tend to provide information about the diagnosis by telephone, within 24/72 hours of collecting the device from our laboratory.

Longer waits will be promptly communicated both via telephone and through the assistance request management platform or via WhastApp.

REPAIRS ARE CARRIED OUT BY SPECIALIZED TECHNICIANS DIRECTLY IN OUR LABORATORIES

Each device brought to the laboratory follows a very specific process:

  1. Acceptance of the device and creation of the Ticket of reference
  2. Fault analysis and free diagnosis
  3. Repair estimate where we communicate costs and timing
  4. Communication of possible acceptance of the quote by the customer
  5. Return of the appliance

Diagnosis communication times

As already mentioned, the outcome of the diagnosis is communicated by telephone and through the request management platform within 24/48 hours of receiving the device.

It is possible that some devices may need to be subjected to longer checks given the complexity of the device's architecture.

In this case you will be notified promptly about the new diagnosis times.

Average appliance return time

We strive every day to improve the management times of the devices from acceptance to delivery.

In the event that the spare parts are already available in the laboratory, the average return time (subject to acceptance of the estimate) is:

  • 6/24h for most electric scooters.

Warranty

The repair guarantee covers defects on the repair itself and on replaced components.
The warranty lasts 3 months from the date of collection of the appliance.
