Intervention methods warranty:
During the acceptance phase, one of our operators will ask you for information relating to your customer details and device model.
Remember to bring with you the proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) necessary to open the assistance procedure.
Please note:
Not all cases opened as collateral could be resolved as such.
This is given by the type of defect and the directives that come from the parent company.
Each device will be evaluated.
In the event that it is not possible to exercise the warranty right, a repair cost estimate will be made, where applicable.
Our laboratory is already equipped for repairs of multi-brand electric scooters using original spare parts where possible, alternatively we will provide assistance using good quality commercial spare parts.
If you have one, it might be useful to know that our technical department is there dedicated in the repair and maintenance of these scooters.
