Fault error codesi
In case of problems, the scooter warns the user by acoustically signaling errors.
They are identifiable through:
- Acoustic signals (beeps) emitted when the vehicle is turned on.
To understand which error we are dealing with, it is essential to know that the long beeps correspond to the following list, to the first numerical value. The short beeps correspond to the second numerical value.
For example:
one long and four short beeps indicates error 14
Here you will find the list of numerical codes associated with the error
- 10: connection error between the dashboard and the control unit, check the connection between these two components. If the wires are fine, replace the dashboard
- 11: Motor phase A current abnormal, check the motor
- 12: Motor phase B current abnormal, check the motor
- 13: Motor phase C current abnormal, check the motor
- 14: Throttle problem, check throttle control
- 15: Error in the brake system, check the brake lever and connecting cables
- 16: Battery MOS switch error, check the battery status and connection cables
- 18: Motor hall sensor error, check the motor in the rear wheel and the connecting cables
- 19: abnormal battery voltage detected, check the battery and the control unit
- 21: communication error between the battery and the control unit, check the wiring
- 22: battery not recognized correctly, replace battery
- 23: Battery serial number unknown, replace the battery with an original one
- 24: abnormal system voltage, check the control unit/controller
- 25: not available
- 26: Firmware flashing error, replace dashboard
- 27: Control panel check code error, replace dashboard
- 28: Short circuit in the motor lead bridge, replace the dashboard
- 29: Short circuit in the motor lead bridge, replace the dashboard
- 31: “program jump error”, replace the dashboard
- 35: Vehicle default serial number error, replace dahsboard
- 39: battery temperature alarm, let the battery cool down if too hot
